One side pune corporation are talking to implement METRO project due to conjunction of traffic & other side the people having attitude to use  corporation road as a parking place are increasing day by day . If everyone use the own car park assigned at least in their own building this will reduce some what burdon of traffic. This Must be followed by school who built the civilian for nation . Dear sir,                                I have purchased flat in 2005 in model colony area  near the pre-primary school ( Moon Drop nursery  School ) wherein my elder son were studied before ten years back. I have forced to builder to give possession of flat in July 2007,even the construction were not completed  due to non approval of additional TDR  . The bank loan installment has forced me to acquire the flat in July 2007 with partial work completion condition . The last two years of experience of staying  is really unforgotten memory to me at my mid way of life   because….              One of reason to  purchase flat at heart of city  were proud of  school wherein  my son learned  his pre primary education & got admission in loyola school in Pune city, but the experience in last one two years of period are really horrible & terrific  & I have to visit police station for first time in my life .                          We have noted that the  supporting management ( Son & Husband )  of school’s  principal are running the school with creation of fear  by threatening to the resident ,usage of bad words  to the family members those  who are staying nearer to the school premises.  some of families has expressed that they are suffering such treatment since 1983 even they are  supporting to school  to run in residential area . I have noticed that the intention to behave are basically for easiness to the visitor who are visiting the school for there  vehicle  parking ,as it is situated in narrow lane of 200 feet  length * 18 feet wide near Deep bungalow chowk , Model colony Pune .     we both ( Husband & Wife ) are  working in The Automotive research association of India since 1984 , hence are aware about basic traffic rules & wish to follow the traffic rules at all times. we have experienced in last two  years  that the family ,who runs the school  never permit the outsiders,  our relatives/ visitor to park vehicle ( Two wheeler/ Four wheeler )  inside the lane at school timing & near to  our own compound wall even after school timing  , contradictory they can keep their  own vehicle , visitors rickshaws,  visitors cars , two wheeler freely in the lane at all times. The school teachers are also parking their vehicle in our building parking place instead of building where the school is  approved . you will surprise to note that everyday the parents of more than 200 kids are coming for dropping & picking there child from school & even if you try to talk anyone the both of them come forward for argument & end  the conversation by using  extensively bad words at all times, This  gets accelerated once one of them comes under the influence of liquor in night time.                              I have also got the written letter from PMC that they have  permitted  the  school with “ URGENT PERMISSION “ For  change of use of residential part of ground floor ( Around 156 Sq meter) to the commercial use on 30 April 2009 . The permission has given after submitting the plan wherein the  parking provision for  six cars & 12 two wheelers  & 16 cycle are provided.  You will surprise to note that the plan seems to be approved without visit of any authorities, as the approach for four wheeler  vehicle parking access  from building entrance gate to parking place are not available due to extra plantation of big trees & I have never seen their own vehicle ( Four wheeler ) inside their own premises Now a days the arrogant ,horrible behavior of the family head has increased day by day & We all had same  experienced at different time hence decided to  report complaint jointly hence lodged it  on 26/12/2009 at chatusringi police chowky.  We have Not received any response hence seek the appointment of commissioner of police on 11/1/2010 , surprisingly the same day appointment for 10 minutes has been given to us to meet Highest authority Dr Satyapal Singh  ( Commissioner of Police Pune ) This will be my second meet to Dr. Satyapal Singh ,as previously we had invited him as a chief guest on 17 Sept 2009 at Balgandhava for Marathwada mukitidin ceremony.  I got shattered as I have to 10 minutes to explain, but he has realized the intensity within the given time & we all got shocked as prior to our arrival at our residence after meet the police officer from local police station  were in colony for further enquiry . We all had submitted statements & waiting for  hassle free environment in our colony as a common civilian. We are really thankful to Dr .Satyapal Singh ( police Commissioner of Pune ) , who has recognized the genuine difficulty of common man & proud to have such senior authorities to spent valuable time with us.
