Sir, This is with reference to our property related matter. In 1953-54 by TAHSIL KRAMANK 1801 dated 21-05-55 details of legal separation of property between my 2 grandfathers was done through a court degree. I am am interested in securing a copy of this document through the tahsil office located in the talkua as well as district level. This degree copy if very important for us to prove a false motive of one of my relative who has filed a civil suit claiming such a COURT DEGREE does not exist. Where as we have a copy of the PANI PATRAk (could be taken as mutation entry) a photo copy of the same received from Tahsil office.
