No doubt it is a very good idea. But seeing our attitude towards public property and condition of 'Audio Visual Show at Shaniwar wada' and that of Energy park at old Peshwe Park this will be one more idea going in drain. Instead we should go for low mainenance, low initial cost as well as low running cost ideas. We can have a big park with big trees, ponds, place to jog, run and relaxe. No stalls of eatables, no permanent stalls like 'mela'. Only a cool, quiet place for family as well as friends or oneself! This will be more appreciated by public as it will be a place to spend time with nature and beat the stress. But there is only one thing, this may not appeal to our policy makers and executers as they have less interest in economical ideas. Pune public should decide how they want to be entertained and not few politicians.
